Experience

Rob has developed a well rounded practice advising clients on all levels of civil litigation. Rob’s litigation practice includes representing corporations and individuals in disputes concerning commercial and real estate contracts; professional liability for professionals in the insurance, medical and legal fields; intellectual property; and development of worker’s injury benefit plans for corporations.  Additionally, Mr. Roby has extensive experience assisting clients in the management of cases from the excess carrier level.

Regardless of client circumstances, Rob’s goal remains the same: to provide the most effective and efficient legal services available. Understanding that clients do not typically seek to pursue litigation, Rob evaluates cases early and develops a litigation strategy that meets the goals of his clients.

Rob is also very active in the community. As past President of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Dallas, and current Board member, Rob is deeply concerned about the welfare of children. Rob also has served on the Dallas Bar Foundation for many years as well as held offices with the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
