| Experience Jason M. Ross focuses his practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on white collar criminal defense and securities law. Jason has guided his clients throughout various stages of government action, including whistleblower complaints, initial government investigations, negotiations for immunity, grand jury proceedings, indictments and trials. He has counseled clients in proceedings brought by agencies such as the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Labor and the Federal Trade Commission. He has worked with clients in many industries, including telecommunications, software, electronics, banking, hospital supply, network marketing and commercial aviation. Jason's experience includes representing targets of government action as well as witnesses, and assisting large, publicly-traded corporations as well as private companies and individuals. While Jason focuses his practice on proceedings involving government agencies, many of those matters also involve separate civil proceedings litigated by private parties. Jason's skills have allowed him to handle various types of litigation, including civil lawsuits in both state and federal courts. But Jason's skills and experience extend beyond the four walls of the courtroom. As any good lawyer knows, many battles are won or lost on the written word. Jason is an experienced legal draftsman who strives to craft clear, persuasive writings that advance each client's position. Moreover, he understands that privacy is a chief concern for many clients, especially when government action is involved. Jason works hard to keep proceedings as quiet as possible while still aiming for the best possible outcome. Jason believes in CTT's philosophy of creating practical solutions for each client's particular needs. He knows that clients often benefit from quick resolutions, and he works diligently to deliver optimal results in a timely manner. Memberships - State Bar of Texas
