Experience Mr. Luckett represents a diverse assortment of clients in matters involving products liability, employment law, intellectual property, breach of contract, professional malpractice, corporate bankruptcy, securities law, premises liability and real estate litigation. He also practices in the areas of white collar criminal defense, regulatory compliance and internal investigations. Prior to joining Curran Tomko Tarski, Jack represented clients in the transportation, construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and consumer finance industries with Hermes Sargent Bates, LLP, where his practice focused primarily on employment matters and commercial litigation. Jack handled cases involving libel, defamation, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), executive employment contracts, retaliatory discharge claims and various types of discrimination alleged under Title VII of the Civil Rights act of 1964, including claims based upon gender, pregnancy, sexual harassment, religion and race. Immediately following graduation, Jack worked for Dehay & Elliston, representing Exxon Mobil Corporation in toxic torts lawsuits involving premises liability, products liability and maritime law.
