With extensive experience in the human resources, insurance, employee benefits, health care, and corporate compliance arenas, Ms. Stamer is uniquely suited to assist clients to formulate pragmatic operational and risk management strategies.

With nearly two decades of experience, Ms. Stamer is nationally and internationally recognized for her role in advising employee benefit plans, their sponsors, fiduciaries, services providers, and others about a diverse range of employee benefit and related matters. She has authored hundreds of employee benefit-related publications and programs, and enjoys a reputation as a popular lecturer on this subject. A current holder of many employee benefit-related leadership roles, Ms. Stamer is known for her ability to help clients develop practical solutions that consider the fundamental "people focus" of a particular employee benefit arrangement while responding to the arrangement's legal and other complexities.

Ms. Stamer regularly provides counsel and representation to entrepreneurs and established businesses on a wide range of day-to-day legal and business operational and risk management issues. Board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, she has 15 years' experience advising and representing public and private employers and other workforce organization regarding all aspects of employment, labor, worker's compensation, employment tax, corporate compliance and employee benefit matters. Ms. Stamer's considerable experience also includes representing and advising members of the health industry as well as insurance providers regarding health care, managed care, operational matters, and risk management strategies.
